According to Caesars, Amalfi will feature a Mediterranean theme and incorporate elements of southern Italy's Amalfi Coast, with fish and seafood as the focal point of the menu.

Amalfi is scheduled to open in late spring next year. Caesars says reservations for Mesa Grill's final days are encouraged.
Bobby Flay has made a wide range of dishes at his restaurants, which span a wide variety of genres. His most recently opened restaurant, for example, was his first foray into seafood: Shark at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas (via Shark).
