Bought something from a site who use Hermes for delivery. Bought 6/12/20 shows on Hermes tracking that they had on 9/12/20 today 23/12/20 and the parcel is still at the distribution centre. Can’t contact Hermes have contacted the seller who say they will refund. I used to use Hermes my self in the past and they were ok. Wouldn’t use them now. If you are a watch enthusiast, they can invite you to view the new pieces they have when their watch representative visits the store. As for the Kelly Pochette, as much as I wish to have more, I will share with you that I only own one and have been shown only two in the more than 10 years that I have been with Hermes. You can leave your parcel with a neighbour on the condition that the neighbour is a nearby address with the same postcode. We would also recommend that you leave a note at your property to advise the driver of the location of the parcel. I would like to request a specific time window for collection.
