Black Jack® Rubr-Coat #57 is a premium rubberized coating for waterproofing roofs and foundations. This liquid applied asphalt coating has a blend of rubber and reinforcing fibers to provide a strong, flexible, waterproof seal. Rubr-Coat has exceptional adhesion to existing roofing, masonry surfaces, wood, foam board insulation and metal surfaces.
Black Jack® Elasto-Kool 1000, White Siliconized Elastomeric Coating is our top quality, highly flexible, white acrylic roof coating. By enhancing the product with silicone, water resistance, adhesion and life expectancy are greatly increased. This high performance product resists cracking and peeling, while offering tremendous durability, and long term life. It expands and contracts up to 300% with the roof's movement to resist damage. The coating provides an excellent, highly protective barrier which reflects the sun's heat and destructive UV rays. In turn, this helps to cool surfaces and leads to a reduction of interior temperatures. This product is an 'investment', and can actually help pay for itself in savings by reducing cooling costs!
Gardner-Gibson® is proud to offer our customers products that have earned the government's Energy Star label.
Coverage is provided as a range to accommodate variations in surface porosity. On the roof, smoother surfaces like metal will achieve better coverage rates and require less product. The same applies on the ground. Driveways that are in better condition will absorb less.

How do I calculate square footage?
Square footage is based on multiplying the length of an area x width of that area.
What about non-rectangular areas?
In those instances, you need to break the area down into smaller rectangles. For instance, an L-shaped surface can be broken into 2 smaller rectangles (see illustration below). Add the 2 areas (100 + 200 = 300 sq ft) to get a total.
For areas where you will not apply product, subtract that area from the total.
